Primeiro Festival Frugívoro do Brasil Acontece no Carnaval 2019

Entre os dias 02 e 05 de Março foi realizado o Festival Vitalize com a proposta de reunir pessoas interessadas em combinar alegria e diversão com autoconhecimento e desenvolvimento pessoal de forma saudável e consciente. Com isso, aproveitando os embalos do Carnaval 2019, foi realizada a primeira edição do Vitalize, um festival que tem como base a Arte, a Saúde, a Consciência e a Colaboração.

O festival contou com a participação de 72 pessoas entre jovens, adultis [1], idosis e crianças, sendo realizado na Chácara São Jorge, localizada próximo ao Parque Estadual da Cantareira em Guarulhos – SP. Durante o festival todas as pessoas puderem oferecer e realizar atividades artísticas, físicas e/ou terapêuticas de forma aberta e autogestionada. Toda a alimentação preparada e oferecida pelas próprias pessoas presentes no festival foi 100% frugívora (crudívora vegana 80/10/10) [2].

A proposta do Vitalize é criar as condições para que as pessoas possam compartilhar seus talentos e experimentar a alegria, a conexão humana e o bem estar sem o uso de drogas, álcool, cigarro, estimulantes e qualquer outra substância alteradora de consciência, tanto natural quanto artificial, da forma mais artística, saudável, ecológica, consciente e colaborativa possível.

Nesta primeira edição muitas pessoas se divertiram muito, conheceram novas alternativas, expandiram suas consciências e, ao final, a única ressaca que ficou foi de amor e gratidão. Para mais informações http://vitalizefestival.org.

First Frugivore Festival of Brazil Happens in the Carnival 2019

Between the days 02 and 05 of March was held the Vitalize Festival with the proposal to gather people interested in combining joy and fun with self-knowledge and personal development in a healthy and conscious way. With this, taking advantage of the clashes of Carnival 2019, the first edition of Vitalize was held, a festival based on Art, Health, Consciousness and Collaboration.

The festival was attended by 72 people among young people, adults, the elderly and children, being held at São Jorge farmhouse, located near the Cantareira State Park in Guarulhos, Sao Paulo state, Brazil. During the festival, all people can offer and perform artistic, physical and/or therapeutic activities in an open and self-managed way. All the food prepared and offered by the people present at the festival was 100% frugivorous (raw vegan 80/10/10) [1].

Vitalize’s proposal is to create the conditions so that people can share their talents and experience joy, human connection and well-being without the use of drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, stimulants and any other altering substance of conscience, both natural and artificial, as artistic, healthy, ecological, conscientious and collaborative as possible.

In this first edition many people had great fun, they knew new alternatives, they expanded their consciences and, in the end, the only hangover that remained was of love and gratitude. For more information, visit http://vitalizefestival.org.
